Everything starts with a detailed intake form. You fill in how your brand looks, who your audience is, what your style preference is, and what your website needs to achieve. This way I have everything in writing and can hit the ground running. Prefer a personal conversation? We can schedule a call instead. Either option works perfectly.
Right after sign-upBased on your form (or call), I put together a clear proposal: scope, timeline, price, and approach. You know exactly what you're getting, when you'll get it, and what it costs. Once you approve, we get started immediately.
Week 1I get to work, entirely based on your intake form and agreed strategy. For Custom Design you get 3 feedback rounds; for Template Tailored you get 2 feedback rounds. You receive progress updates so you always know where we stand.
Week 2–6You review the design and share your feedback. I incorporate your notes carefully and refine until everything feels exactly as you envisioned: from the copy to the buttons to the mobile view.
Week 5–7After the final refinement we review everything together: copy, links, mobile view, and load speed. You give your final approval. We only go live when you are 100% satisfied.
Week 7–8Your website goes live. I handle the technical checks, ensure a smooth handover, and remain available for any questions in the first weeks after launch.
